Any product that shows ‘Out of Stock’ on the website can be requested by the customer through this dedicated section. Our team will get back to you at the earliest with all the relevant details and specifications to ensure that you can get the gaming products as per your requirements.

How to Place a Pre-order Request on Astrix?

First things first, follow these quick steps:

1. Click on the ‘Pre-Orders’ tab on Astrix homepage
2. Select from the list of pre-order products displayed on the page
3. Add them to your cart if you wish to buy more than one item
4. OR directly click on “Buy it Now”
5. Fill in the necessary details to place the order such as Name and Shipping Address
6. Apply discount code, if any.
7. Choose any of the available payment options to make your payment
8. Once done, you will receive an e-mail confirmation for your order

That’s it. Feel free to track the status of your order via our e-mail updates and get it delivered within the said time. 

When you are placing an order for any pre order products that are ‘Out of stock,’ and you still wish to own them, here are a few things we can do to align the deliveries to the customers.

• Pre-order gaming products can either be customized gaming  accessories or products crafted by our manufacturers exclusively on your special request.
• We will send your order to the respective providers and get the product manufactured for you in the shortest time window.
• The order process here deviates. No cash-on-delivery option is available for pre order products. You can leverage other pre-paid payment alternatives listed on the site.
• The delivery time frame for pre-order products might stretch longer as compared to the usual one owing to the additional time required for crafting a new product.
